How to connect
Set up in a few minutes
- 1A ServiceTitan admin enables the Dear CFO app and generates its credentials.
- 2In Dear CFO, open Integrations, choose ServiceTitan, and paste the Tenant ID, Client ID and Client Secret.
- 3The first sync loads your data. After that each sync reads only what changed.
- Connection
- Tenant ID, Client ID and Client Secret from your ServiceTitan admin
- Access
- What your ServiceTitan admin grants the app. Dear CFO only reads.
- Sync
- Daily by default. You can sync more often, up to hourly, from the integration page.

ServiceTitan and Dear CFO
Where do the credentials come from?
A ServiceTitan admin enables the Dear CFO app for your tenant and generates a Client ID and Secret. Your Tenant ID is shown in ServiceTitan’s settings.
We already export ServiceTitan to BigQuery. Will our queries still work?
The tables follow the same column layout as the common ServiceTitan-to-BigQuery export, so existing SQL usually carries over.
How often does it update?
Daily by default, and you can choose a faster schedule. Each sync reads only what changed.
